Tour stages

Day 1: Following your arrival at Munich Airport, the Audi team will greet you and give you a short briefing on the special features of the Audi RS e-tron GT*. You will then begin your trip with a quick drive through the Alpine foothills of Upper Bavaria to Mooncity in Salzburg, the experience and discovery center for new and electric modes of transportation. While you enjoy your visit to this fascinating place and follow it up with some lunch, your vehicle will be charged. With a full battery available to you, it will then be time to join the Austrian freeway to head to Bischofshofen and on via the Hochkönig region, where you will be able to take in the fantastic view of the Steinerne Meer. You will then continue via the Dienten Saddle to Saalfelden and Zell am See, before reaching your destination for the day in Kaprun: the 4*S Tauern Spa hotel. There, you will be able to unwind with a relaxing pool and sauna experience and indulge in some top-class regional cuisine.

Day 2: Battery fully charged, today’s journey will take you to the Grossglockner High Alpine Road. Climbing passes up to 2,576 meters, you will drive through Carinthia to East Tyrol, through the town of Lienz and on to Bruneck in South Tyrol. From here, you will take the cable car up to Kronplatz for lunch at 2,265 m. At AlpiNN, the restaurant of master chef Norbert Niederkofler, you will enjoy gastronomic excellence with breathtaking views of the Dolomites. Just a few steps from the lower terminus of the cable car is the 5* Falkensteiner hotel, designed by star architect Matteo Thun. After check-in, you will have the late afternoon to yourself, perhaps to visit the unique spa area, before joining us for dinner in the evening.

Day 3: Today, your fully charged Audi RS e-tron GT* will take you to Sterzing on the Brenner Autobahn and into the Austrian Tyrol. The route runs alongside Lake Achensee and through the Achen Pass to Gut Kaltenbrunn on the Lake Tegernsee. There, we will join you for lunch, with regional delicacies served while your Audi’s battery is charged. Finally, you will feel the power of the high-performance electric car once more over the last stage through the foothills of the Bavarian Alps before bidding farewell to this unique sports car at Munich Airport.
