The Audi connect service Online Car Care¹ informs you of extraordinary service events and field campaigns⁹ – in myAudi and, depending on vehicle model, also directly in your vehicle’s infotainment system. Relevant warnings and information from the instrument cluster are transmitted to the myAudi app¹⁰ where they can also be viewed. Should a visit to the workshop be necessary, an appointment query can be sent directly to the Audi partner stored.
The Audi connect service predictive service reminder monitors the condition of selected wearing parts in the vehicle within system limits on the basis of time, mileage and sensor data. The service offers an overview of the status of the wear parts at all times in the myAudi app⁷‧⁸.
