Audi connect Licence Renewal

Renew your licence in just a few steps

Does your vehicle have Audi Connect capability? And are you already using Audi Connect services? In the myAudi app¹ or the myAudi portal, you can see at a glance which licence is about to expire, or else has already expired. Here, you can renew your licences with just a few clicks. How it works:

Step 1

Log in to myAudi with a verified myAudi account as the main or secondary user.* If you don't have a myAudi account yet, please register first.

Step 2

To view your Audi Connect licence renewals, you must add an Audi Connect-capable vehicle to your myAudi account using the vehicle identification number (VIN).

Step 3

Next, select the Audi connect services which you want to renew. To complete the purchase process, you must agree to the product disclaimer. The next time your vehicle is started, your digital services will be active and available to use again.

Depending on the vehicle model, verification as the main user may be required.
