House Rules Audi Forum Neckarsulm
1. Scope of application and access
The house rules apply to guests and customers (hereinafter referred to as “guests”/“persons”) who enter the premises of the Audi Forum Neckarsulm and its buildings.
By entering the premises of the Audi Forum Neckarsulm, every guest recognizes the house rules as binding.
In the case of events, provisions of the respective organizer that deviate from the following rules may apply.
2. Use of facilities, binding nature of instructions
The use of facilities of the Audi Forum Neckarsulm is at your own risk. The instructions of the Forum staff and plant security must be followed at all times. The same applies to instructions and prohibitions on signs. To protect its own interests, the Audi Forum is entitled to check bags, backpacks and other containers for their contents – or have them checked by authorized personnel – if there are actual grounds for suspicion. These checks must be conducted in a respectful and considerate manner. Furthermore, in order to ensure event security, e.g., at concerts, the Audi Forum is entitled to carry out security checks upon entry and, if necessary, during the event itself. It may also prohibit guests from bringing in bags, backpacks or other containers.
3. Duty of supervision
Visiting groups of children and young people under the age of 14 are only permitted to enter if accompanied by an adult.
The accompanying person is responsible for the supervision of underage guests. If they fail to fulfill this duty of supervision, the accompanying person shall be held liable for damages in accordance with statutory provisions.
4. General rules of conduct
The following rules of conduct in particular apply to visits to the Audi Forum Neckarsulm:
- Areas/paths: Only the paths and areas that are clearly marked accordingly may be entered.
- Animals: Only prohibited during factory tours and in the Audi museum mobile.
The exception is therapy and companion animals - Smoking: Smoking is not permitted in the buildings of the Audi Forum Neckarsulm. The same also applies to electronic cigarettes and comparable
- Consumption of food and drinks: The consumption of food or drink within an exhibition or during museum and factory tours is prohibited.
- Walking without footwear (barefoot), wearing inline skates or other roller skates, riding skateboards, e-scooters, scooters, bicycles including children’s bicycles with or without pedals or other personal transport devices is generally prohibited throughout the Audi Forum Neckarsulm, including the Piazza. The same prohibition applies to driving or having robots drive, radio-controlled toy cars, carrying, taking off, flying and landing of drones or similar technical equipment.
- Holding of meetings: The holding of meetings, processions or political agitations is not permitted.
- Dangerous objects: It is not permitted to carry weapons or dangerous objects that can be used as striking, thrusting or stabbing weapons, or spray cans containing harmful or staining substances.
- The lighting of fireworks on the premises of the Audi Forum Neckarsulm is prohibited.
- Alcohol, drugs and cannabis: Persons recognizably under the influence of alcohol or drugs may be denied access. They may be expelled from the premises of the Audi Forum Neckarsulm.
5. Surveillance system
The Audi Forum Neckarsulm is monitored by a video system both inside and outside.

6. Filming and photography
Photography and filming for private purposes only is permitted in the public areas. For other, in particular commercial, purposes, the prior consent of the Audi Forum Neckarsulm must be obtained in writing from the management of the building. Film and photo recordings are occasionally made within the buildings of the Audi Forum Neckarsulm. Visitors are requested to avoid areas affected and clearly marked for this purpose if they do not wish to be recorded and have their image published subsequently.
7. Road Traffic Regulations
The provisions of the German Road Traffic Regulations (StVO) apply accordingly on the premises and in the parking garage.
AUDI AG is entitled to have illegally parked vehicles of any kind removed at the expense of the driver or owner without prior notification.
8. Limitations of liability
AUDI AG shall only be liable for damage caused by intent and gross negligence. This limitation does not apply to damages resulting from injury to life, body or health. No liability is accepted for items stored free of charge in the cloakroom or lockers of the Audi Forum Neckarsulm, except in cases of intent.
9. Advertising and offering goods and services
The offering of goods or services as well as advertising on the premises of the Audi Forum Neckarsulm require the prior written consent of AUDI AG. The same applies to conducting visitor surveys, headcounts, collecting signatures or similar activities.
10. Guided tours with commentary
Guided tours with commentary for groups are only permitted with the prior written consent of AUDI AG.
11. Domestic authority
AUDI AG reserves the right to expel persons who violate the house rules or enter unauthorized areas of the Audi Forum Neckarsulm from the premises of the Audi Forum Neckarsulm. The same applies to persons who cause a nuisance to other guests, enter/damage facilities/equipment without authorization or do not follow the instructions of staff or the prohibition and instruction signs or cause a disturbance in any other way.
