Event information

Have we convinced you? If you have already decided on an event and a date, register via the new Audi driving experience booking tool. We will then contact you immediately with all further information. Do you have any questions or need additional information?

We answer the most frequently asked questions here:

  • Up to two people can be registered to participate at the same
    time via the booking tool.
  • The vehicles will be provided by Audi and, unless otherwise
    stated, will be occupied by two participants.
  • At the events as part of the Audi tour experience, the vehicles
    are covered by fully comprehensive insurance with a deductible
    of € 1,000. All other regulations can be found in our Terms and
    Conditions.
  • For Audi tour experience events, accommodation, full board
    and fuel and charging electricity costs are included in the price.

     Only active participation in the Audi tour experience events is
     possible.

  • Vouchers are available via the order form on our website
    www.audi.de/driving under Catalogues/Forms.
  • Please note that travel and additional nights must be organised on
    your own. We will be happy to provide you with the contact details of
    corresponding hotels.
  • The participant documents will be sent to you about three weeks
    before the training date.

Important information:

Audi is planning the event at locations and on days when the necessary weather conditions can usually be expected. In winter, the event is held on an outdoor ice rink specially prepared for this purpose. The safe and high-quality implementation of the event depends on the existence of the weather conditions required for ice formation (constant temperatures below 0 degrees Celsius) for a sufficient period of time before and during the event.


Nevertheless, unpredictable weather conditions can also occur shortly before or during the event, which prevent the event from taking place for safety reasons (summer and winter).


Audi therefore reserves the right to cancel the event or the entire trip at short notice before the start of the trip. Audi recommends taking out travel cancellation insurance or booking tickets for arrival and departure that can be cancelled at short notice
