General Information
Our aim is to protect your privacy; so we do NOT collect, store, generate, process and analyze your data. No collected data means, we can NOT share it with third parties or other institutions.
TrueDepth API
Audi AI:ME also makes use of automatically collected information using the device camera and the TrueDepth API provided by Apple. The only use of this information is to track the user’s head and face so that the user can control the Audi AI:ME FaceMask by moving their head. None of the information collected by the TrueDepth API ever leaves the user's device nor is it persistently stored on the device.
We do not collect, store or share data used by ARKit, Camera APIs, Photo APIs, or other software for depth of facial mapping information, TrueDepth API, Stickers and iMessage extensions.

Your rights
You may assert the following rights against AUDI AG at any time free of charge:
Right to information: You have the right to receive information regarding the processing of your personal data from us.
Right to rectification: You have the right to request us to rectify any incorrect or incomplete personal data relating to you.
Right to erasure: You have the right to request the erasure of your data if the conditions mentioned in Art. 17 of the GDPR have been met. Accordingly, you may, for instance, requested erasure of your data if it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. In addition, you may request erasure if we process your data on the basis of your consent and you revoke this consent.
Right to restriction of processing: You have the right to request the processing of your data to be restricted if the requirements of Art. 18 of the GDPR have been met. This is the case if, for instance, you dispute the correctness of your data. You may then request restriction of processing for the period during which the correctness of your data is checked.
Right to object: If the processing is in a predominant interest or your data is used for the purpose of direct marketing, you have the right to object to the processing of your data. An objection is admissible if the processing is carried out either in the public interest, in the exercise of official authority or on the basis of a legitimate interest of AUDI AG or a third party. In the event of an objection, kindly notify us of your reasons for objecting to the data processing. In addition, you have the right to object to data processing for the purpose of direct marketing. This also applies to profiling, to the extent it is related to direct marketing.
Right of revocation: If the data processing is based on consent, you have the right to revoke your consent to data processing in the context of consent with effect for the future at any time free of charge.
Right of appeal: Moreover, you are entitled to file a complaint about our processing of your data with a supervisory authority (for example with the State Representative for Data Protection of Bavaria).
