The minimum age for participation is 18. A different minimum age may be specified for certain courses or vehicles. If the Audi driving experience includes driving on public roads, as is the case with our “Tour experience,” participants must be at least 23 years old at the time of the event. Alternatively, they must be accompanied by a person who is at least 23 years old and is also participating in the event for the entire duration of the tour.

For a non-binding consultation on the available options, please contact our team directly at: incentive@audi.de.
Unfortunately, active participation is not possible for legal reasons if you are unable to present a valid driving licence. The participation fee will not be refunded.
At many locations, accompanying guests are welcome to watch the events from designated areas. This is a spectator-only option and must be booked in advance for an additional fee. The accompanying person may join in catering arrangements, such as lunch, but may not ride in the vehicle as a passenger. For this reason, there are separate rates for accompanying persons.Accompanying persons are also warmly welcome at our venue in Neuburg an der Donau. As no catering is planned there, advance registration is not required. Accompanying persons are welcome to dine in our restaurant at their own expense.
Minors may be brought along to the event, depending on the venue. This is subject to the condition that another spectator-only accompanying adult is present and assumes responsibility for supervising the minor. Children are generally not allowed on racetracks.Minors are not allowed to ride in the training vehicle under any circumstances.
The Audi driving experience courses are conducted exclusively with vehicles provided by AUDI AG and under the guidance of our instructors. Participation using private vehicles is not permitted.
For many event formats, accompanying persons can be booked as an additional option, allowing them to observe the event from safe areas specifically set aside for spectators. However, active participation in the training and riding in the vehicles is reserved exclusively for registered participants.
