Pregnant women are generally allowed to take part in the driving experience. However, we expressly advise against this when driving at increased cornering speeds or extreme braking manoeuvres in order to rule out health risks. If you have any questions, please consult your doctor in advance.

Yes, the conference rooms in the Customer Center of the Audi driving experience center can also be rented by corporate and private customers without booking a driving training course. You can find more information about our premises and event technology here.To the conference technology (PDF)

The vehicles are provided by Audi and – unless otherwise specified – are manned by two participants.

The driver training courses are carried out exclusively with vehicles provided by Audi AG and under the guidance of our instructors. Participation with private vehicles is not permitted.

Participation in the theoretical briefing is mandatory for all ADE trainings!In the case of training courses with overnight stays, the theoretical briefing is sometimes on the evening of the day of arrival. Participation in the driving training is not permitted without prior instruction, as important safety-relevant content is taught here.

We are happy to welcome you to our training courses if you are at least of legal age, in possession of a valid driver's license and fit to drive. Our training descriptions inform you whether and to what extent you need to have completed other training courses before.

Our winter events will be held on an outdoor ice rink specially prepared for this purpose. The safe and high-quality implementation of the respective event depends on the existence of the weather conditions required for ice formation (constant temperatures below 0 degrees Celsius) for a sufficient period of time before and during the event.Nevertheless, unpredictable weather conditions may occur shortly before or during the event, which prevent the event from being held for safety reasons.Audi therefore reserves the right to cancel the event or the entire trip at short notice before the start of the trip. Audi recommends taking out travel cancellation insurance or booking tickets for arrival and departure that can be cancelled at short notice.

The driving training courses are held as guided driving, which means that our instructors drive ahead in their own vehicle and are connected to the participating vehicles by radio.In driving safety training, the participant receives personal feedback from the instructor at the respective exercise.

No, no accompanying persons can actively participate in a driving event. It is a passive accompaniment, which must be booked in advance for a fee. The accompanying person can participate in the catering, e.g. lunch, but do not ride in the vehicle as a passenger. For this reason, there are separate prices for accompanying persons.Accompanying persons are also welcome in Neuburg an der Donau. Since no catering is planned here, registration in advance is not necessary. The accompanying persons are welcome to eat at their own expense in our restaurant.

Minors can be taken along depending on the venue. The prerequisite is that another adult passive accompanying person assumes the duty of supervision for the minor. Children are generally not allowed on race tracks.Minors are generally not allowed to ride in the training vehicle.

With the exception of our special young driver trainings in Neuburg a. d. Donau, active participation with accompanied driving is unfortunately not possible.The minimum age to participate in the events offered is 18 years.For certain courses or vehicles, a different minimum age may be set. If the ADE also includes rides on public roads, as in the course of our tour experience, participants must be at least 23 years old at the time of the event or accompanied by a person at least 23 years old during the entire journey.

For an all-round carefree feeling, accommodation, full board and fuel and charging electricity costs are included in the price of the Audi tour experiences.

No, only active participation is possible in the events of the Audi tour experience.

For events as part of the Audi tour experience, the vehicles are covered by fully comprehensive insurance with a deductible of € 1,000. All other regulations regarding this can be found in our terms and conditions.To the general terms and conditions

Yes, up to two people can be registered to participate at the same time via the booking tool.

We ask for your understanding that we cannot book additional nights for you as part of our events. Of course, we will be happy to send you the contact details of the hotels on request.

Yes, the documents for participants will be sent to you about three weeks before the training date.

To the general terms and conditionsWe recommend that you take out cancellation insurance and insurance to cover the cost of assistance, including repatriation in the event of an accident, illness or death.

You will have to arrange your own travel and any additional nights before or after the event. We will be happy to send you the contact details of suitable hotels in the vicinity.

Please understand that the release of customer data for the purpose of carpooling with other participants is unfortunately not permitted due to the GDPR guidelines.

Naturally. Vouchers are available via the order form on our website www.audi.de/driving.To the voucher form (PDF)

The voucher can be used for the desired event from the relevant current Audi driving experience programme on the basis of the current prices. It is not possible to redeem this voucher against other services or for payment of costs incurred by changing reservations or cancelling bookings. 

The voucher can be split into several bookings. If the voucher does not cover the costs of the desired event, the remaining difference will be invoiced separately when the voucher is redeemed. The booking of and participation in Audi driving experience events are subject to the General Terms and Conditions of the Audi driving experience programme.

The voucher is valid for a standard period of three years. Validity commences with the date of issue of the voucher. The voucher and the redemption of the voucher are subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany with the exclusion of the provisions of the UN Convention on Contracts for the
International Sale of Goods.

The voucher is transferable. Persons to whom the voucher has been transferred must be at least 18 years old and must be in possession of a valid driving licence. The voucher cannot be exchanged in whole or in part for cash.
